Welcome to Casa 8 at Quinta da Victória – the largest property on the estate with sea views. With around 340 m² of living space plus a 55 m² terrace, this villa offers generous space for families or groups. Five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a whirlpool, fireplace and spacious common areas ensure comfort and privacy. Guests also have access to the pool and barbecue area. The sea can be reached in about 10 minutes.

The space

Casa 8 is spread over two levels and offers plenty of space for shared moments as well as privacy. The open living area with gallery creates a unique atmosphere, while five bedrooms and five bathrooms provide comfort even for larger groups.

The large terrace with sea views is ideal for relaxed evenings or breakfast outdoors. A whirlpool and fireplace add extra comfort, while a Sonos sound system is available throughout the house. A billiard table offers entertainment for shared evenings.

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas

Pets

Pets allowed only with prior approval

€11 per night per pet

Maximum of two dogs per unit

Dogs must be kept on a leash on the property and are not allowed on sofas or beds

Quiet Hours

Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Music and TV are permitted – if loud, please keep windows and doors closed

Visitors

Visitors are allowed but may not stay overnight

Please keep the number of visitors reasonable

Waste Separation

Waste separation is mandatory in Portugal (paper, plastic, glass, general waste)

Containers are located in the room to the left of the main gate

The access code is the same as for your house

Air Conditioning & Energy

Keep windows and doors closed when the AC is running

Turn off the AC when leaving the house

The entire estate runs on 100% green electricity

Fireplace

The fireplace can be used with suitable firewood only

Firewood (10 kg bag for €6) is available on-site

Towels

White bathroom towels must not be used at the pool or beach

Beach towels are available:
– €5 per towel/week (rental)
– €15 per towel (purchase)

Laundry & Cleaning

Final cleaning is included

Weekly cleaning for longer stays

Mid-stay cleaning available upon request (for a fee)

Each unit has a vacuum cleaner

Washing machine available in the shared laundry room

Laundry may be hung in your house, on the terrace, or in the laundry room

No dryer available

Outdoor Areas

Pool, garden, barbecue, and lounge with foosball are available to all guests

Barbecue area must be reserved via QR code on-site

Barbecue tools provided – charcoal must be brought (available in our shop)

Laundry Hanging

Laundry must only be hung in your house, on your terrace, or in the laundry room

Hanging clothes in shared spaces or reserving sun loungers is not permitted

We reserve the right to remove such items

Damage

Please report any damage or loss on-site so we can arrange a replacement

Guests are liable for major damages

We reserve the right to charge for damaged inventory or heavily soiled linens/towels

Safety

Every house is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit

Emergency number in Portugal: 112

If you use safety equipment, please inform us so we can replace it

Guest access

You’ll have full access to your private home as well as all shared areas:
Garden, pool, barbecue, lounge, laundry room, and bike rental.

Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome upon prior request for an additional fee.
