Casa 7 is a comfortable holiday home at Quinta da Victória, ideal for couples or families seeking space, privacy and calm. Two bedrooms, a private terrace and modern amenities such as Gigabit Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, Sonos and air conditioning ensure a relaxed stay. The shared pool and barbecue area are available to guests. The Camino de Santiago is just 100 m away, and the sea is within walking distance.

The space

Casa 7 offers a well-designed layout, ideal for longer stays. Two cosy bedrooms provide restful nights, complemented by a modern bathroom. A sofa bed in the living area adds flexibility.

The fully equipped kitchen allows easy self-catering. Gigabit Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and a Sonos system in each bedroom provide modern comfort. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate year-round.

The private terrace is a quiet retreat, perfect for breakfast, reading or relaxing in the evening.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement for an additional fee.
Casa 7 is part of Quinta da Victória with a total of 9 houses, sharing garden, pool and barbecue area.

The neighbourhood

Quinta da Victória is located in a quiet residential area of Viana do Castelo, just a short walk from the sea and around 100 metres from the Camino de Santiago. The historic city centre can be reached in about 5 minutes by car and offers restaurants, cafés and shops. The location combines tranquillity, nature and easy access to beaches, hiking trails and cultural highlights.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas

Pets

Pets are allowed – only with prior registration

Fee of €11 per night

Maximum of two dogs per unit

Dogs must be kept on a leash on the property and are not allowed on sofas or beds

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Music and TV are allowed – please keep doors and windows closed at higher volume

Visitors

Visitors are allowed but may not stay overnight

Please keep the number of visitors reasonable

Waste Separation

Waste separation is mandatory in Portugal (paper, plastic, glass, general waste)

Containers are located in the room to the left of the main entrance

Access code is the same as for your house

Air Conditioning & Energy

Keep windows and doors closed while the air conditioner is on

Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the house

The property is fully powered by green electricity

Towels

White bathroom towels may not be used at the pool or beach

Special beach towels are available:
– €5 per week per item (rental)
– €15 per item (purchase)

Barbecue must be reserved using the QR code on-site

Barbecue tools are provided – charcoal must be brought by guests (available in the shop)

Hanging Laundry

Laundry may only be hung inside your house, on your terrace, or in the laundry room

Hanging in shared areas or reserving sun loungers is not permitted

We reserve the right to remove such items

Damages

Please report any damage or loss directly on-site

Guests are liable for major damages

We reserve the right to charge for damaged inventory or heavily soiled towels and bed linen

Safety

Each house is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit

Portugal’s emergency number is 112

Let us know if any equipment has been used so we can replace it

Guest access

Guests have access to their private unit and all shared facilities: garden, pool, barbecue, lounge, laundry room, and bike rental.

Free parking is available along the street or in nearby side roads.
The limited parking spaces inside the courtyard are reserved for guests with reduced mobility and must be requested in advance.
Baby cots are available on request (limited availability).
