Welcome to Casa 5 – a spacious poolside suite, ideal for couples or solo travelers. With 41 m², it offers more space than a classic studio, combining modern comfort with a calm atmosphere. The pool is right outside your door, while garden and barbecue areas are shared with other guests. Just 100 m from the Camino de Santiago and within walking distance to the sea.

The space

Casa 5 is an open-plan suite with a clear layout and more space than Casa 4.
The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed and an additional sofa bed. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and direct pool views.

The modern bathroom is well equipped and functional.
GBit Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a Sonos sound system ensure digital comfort, making the suite suitable for longer stays or remote work.

Air conditioning guarantees a pleasant indoor climate year-round.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are welcome upon prior request and for an additional fee.

Casa 5 is part of Quinta da Victória, a property with 9 houses sharing the garden, pool and barbecue area.

The neighbourhood

Quinta da Victória is located in a quiet residential area of Viana do Castelo.
The Camino de Santiago is just 100 meters away, and the sea is within walking distance.
The historic city center, with restaurants, cafés and shops, can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM

Flexible arrival and departure times possible upon request

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors

Pets

Pets are allowed – but only with prior registration

A fee of €11 per night applies

A maximum of two dogs per unit

Dogs must be kept on a leash on the property and are not allowed on sofas or beds

Quiet Hours

Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Music and TV are allowed – please keep windows and doors closed when playing loudly

Visitors

Visitors are allowed but may not stay overnight

Please keep the number of visitors reasonable

Waste Separation

Waste separation is mandatory in Portugal (paper, plastic, glass, residual waste)

Waste bins are located in the room to the left of the entrance gate

The access code is the same as for your house

Air Conditioning & Energy

Keep windows and doors closed when air conditioning is on

Turn off the AC when you leave the house

The entire complex is powered by green electricity

Fireplace

Not available in Casa 5

Towels

White towels from the bathrooms may not be used at the pool or beach

Special beach towels are available: €5 per week (rental) or €15 (purchase)

Laundry & Cleaning

Final cleaning is included

Weekly cleaning is provided for longer stays

Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee

A vacuum cleaner is available in each house

A washing machine is available in the shared laundry room

Laundry may be dried inside the house, on the private terrace, or in the laundry room

A dryer is not available

Use of Outdoor Areas

Pool, garden, BBQ area, and lounge with foosball are available for shared use

BBQ area must be reserved via the on-site QR code

BBQ utensils are provided – charcoal must be brought by guests (available in the shop)

Drying Laundry

Laundry may only be dried inside the house, on the terrace, or in the laundry room

Hanging laundry in communal areas or reserving sun loungers is not allowed

We reserve the right to remove items

Damages

Please report damages or losses on-site so that replacements can be arranged quickly

Guests are liable for major damages

We reserve the right to charge for damaged furnishings or heavily soiled linens or towels

Safety

Each house is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit

Portugal’s emergency number is 112

If any equipment is used, please inform us so we can replace it

Guest access

You’ll have access to your private accommodation and all shared areas: garden, pool, BBQ area, lounge, laundry room, and bike rental.

Free parking is available nearby.
The few parking spaces inside the courtyard are reserved for guests with reduced mobility and must be requested in advance.
