Welcome to Casa 4, a stylish 26 m² studio ideal for couples or solo travellers. The open living and sleeping area offers direct views of the pool and a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Smart TV, Sonos and Gigabit Wi-Fi provide modern comfort. The Quinta features a garden, pool and barbecue area and is located just 100 m from the Camino de Santiago and within walking distance of the sea.

The space

Casa 4 is a charming studio that combines functionality and design in a compact space. The open-plan living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed and direct pool views, creating a relaxed start to the day.

The modern bathroom is elegant and well equipped.
Gigabit Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Sonos are ideal for both relaxing evenings and remote work. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round.

Casa 4 is part of Quinta da Victória with a total of 9 houses, sharing garden, pool and barbecue area.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement for an additional fee.

The neighbourhood

Quinta da Victória is located in a quiet residential area of Viana do Castelo, just a short walk from the sea and around 100 metres from the Camino de Santiago. The historic city centre can be reached in about 5 minutes by car and offers restaurants, cafés and shops. The location combines peace, nature and proximity to beaches, hiking trails and cultural highlights.

White towels may not be used at the beach or pool

Vacuum cleaner available in each house

Washing machine located in the shared laundry room

Laundry may be dried inside, on the private terrace, or in the laundry room

Pool, garden, BBQ area, and lounge with foosball available to all guests

BBQ area must be reserved via the QR code onsite

BBQ tools provided; charcoal must be brought by guests (available in shop)

Laundry Drying

Only permitted inside the house, on private terraces, or in laundry room

Not allowed in shared areas or on sunbeds

We reserve the right to remove inappropriate items

Damages

Please report any damage/loss onsite

Guests are liable for major damages

We reserve the right to charge for damaged inventory or heavily soiled linens/towels

Each unit equipped with fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit

Please notify us if safety equipment is used so it can be replaced

Guest access

You have access to your private accommodation as well as all common areas including the garden, pool, BBQ area, lounge, laundry room, and bike rental.

Free public parking is available nearby.
The limited parking spaces inside the courtyard are reserved for guests with reduced mobility and must be requested in advance.
