Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a private terrace and a fully equipped kitchen create the perfect setting for relaxed days. Gigabit Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and Sonos ensure comfort throughout your stay. The pool and barbecue area are available to guests. Just 100 m from the Camino de Santiago and within walking distance of the sea – ideal for couples or families seeking tranquillity and discovery.

The space

Casa 3 is spread over two levels and offers generous space, privacy and comfort.

Two comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and an additional guest toilet provide flexibility for couples, families or friends travelling together.

The open living area with fireplace is perfect for cosy evenings, while the private terrace offers a quiet spot to relax outdoors.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self-catering. Gigabit Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and Sonos in the bedrooms ensure modern digital comfort. Air conditioning provides a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year.

Casa 3 is part of Quinta da Victória with a total of 9 houses, sharing garden, pool and barbecue area. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement for an additional fee.

The neighbourhood

Quinta da Victória is located in a quiet residential area of Viana do Castelo, just a short walk from the sea and around 100 metres from the Camino de Santiago. The historic city centre can be reached in about 5 minutes by car and offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés and shops. The location combines peace and privacy with easy access to beaches, nature, hiking trails and cultural highlights.

House rules

Check-in / Check-out
– Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
– Flexible check-in/out available upon request.

Smoking
– Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

Pets
– Pets allowed by prior arrangement (11 €/night).
– Maximum of two dogs per unit.
– Dogs must be leashed on the property and are not allowed on sofas or beds.

Quiet Hours
– Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
– Music and TV are allowed – at high volumes, please keep doors and windows closed.

Visitors
– Visitors are allowed but may not stay overnight.
– Please keep the number of visitors reasonable.

Waste Separation
– Waste must be separated (paper, plastic, glass, general).
– Waste containers are in the room to the left of the main gate.
– The access code is the same as for your house.

Air Conditioning & Energy
– Keep windows and doors closed when the AC is on.
– Turn off the AC when leaving the house.
– The property runs entirely on green electricity.

Fireplace / Wood Stove
– Only use appropriate firewood.
– 10 kg bags are available for 6 € upon request.

Towels
– White bathroom towels must not be used at the beach or pool.
– Beach towels are available:
– 5 €/week per towel (rental)
– 15 € per towel (purchase)

Laundry & Cleaning
– Final cleaning is included.
– Weekly cleaning provided for longer stays.
– Mid-stay cleaning available on request (for a fee).
– Vacuum cleaners are available in every house.
– A washing machine is available in the shared laundry room (no dryer).
– Laundry may be hung in your house, on your terrace, or in the laundry room.

Outdoor Areas
– Pool, garden, barbecue area, and lounge with foosball are open to all guests.
– Barbecue reservations must be made via QR code on-site.
– Grill tools provided – bring your own charcoal (also available in the shop).

Bed Linen & Sofa Beds
– Some homes have sofa beds that can be booked for an additional fee.
– Extra linen or towels available upon request.

Drying Laundry
– Laundry may only be dried in your house, on your terrace, or in the laundry room.
– Do not hang laundry in shared spaces or reserve sun loungers.
– We reserve the right to remove unauthorized items.

Damages
– Please report any damages or losses so we can arrange replacements promptly.
– Guests are responsible for major damages.
– We reserve the right to charge for damaged furnishings or heavily soiled linen/towels.

Safety
– Each house is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit.
– Portugal’s emergency number: 112
– Please notify us if safety equipment is used so we can replace it.

Guest access

You’ll have access to your private house and all shared areas: garden, pool, barbecue, lounge, laundry room, and bike rental.

Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am.
Free public parking is available nearby.
The limited parking spaces inside the courtyard are reserved for guests with reduced mobility and must be requested in advance.
Pets are only allowed with prior arrangement (additional fee).
Baby cots are available on request (limited availability).
